After 10 years in commercial practice in London,
Victoria Ramez set up the Studio in 2023 following a return to the North East.
We recently moved into our new office at 254 Jesmond Road.

When we opened our studio on Jesmond Road, we simply wanted a place to design thoughtful buildings and welcome our clients.
Over time, something else happened.
People began dropping in.
Sometimes to discuss a project.
Sometimes for a cup of tea.
Sometimes to borrow a book,
meet the dogs or
admire a piece of furniture.
Friends, neighbours, clients, students and fellow architects all seemed to find their way through the door.
Without really planning it, the studio became more than just a workplace. It became somewhere people felt comfortable spending time.
